This beautiful large two bedroom apartment, 70 square meters big, with modern yet preserving signs of elegant classic design is located within the city's green oasis and in proximity of Zagreb Zoo and biggest and most beautiful city's park-wood Maksimir. Situated in the green oasis you wil be easily reaching main city's square „Ban Josip Jelacic“ and Cathedrale which are only 15 minutes tram ride away (tram station is located 200 meters away from the apartment). Apartment's location is also ideal for the ones for whom the proximity of a couple of main city's hospitals, KBC Zagreb/Rebro, Merkur, Jordanovac and KBC Dubrava is important since these are all located within 10-15 minutes, either by car or public transport, from the apartment.

The apartment is consisted of fully equiped kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms and bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen incorporates camp cooker, cooking board, oven, fridge, toster, cutlery and dishwasher.

Pull out sofa, dimensions of which is 140x200 cm , sitting sofa, dining table and piano are located in the living room.

Bathroom is equiped with shower cabin, lavatory, toilet bowl, washing maschine, hairdrayer, towels and complimentary cosmetic products.

In one bedroom there is a king size bed, dimesions of which is 160x200 cm, as well as wardrobe.

In another separate bedroom there is a king size bed, dimesions of which is 130x200 cm, as well as wardrobe too.

Apart from being beautifully and modern designed this apartment is fully technically equiped with LCD TV, cable TV, free high speed wi-fi and air condition.

All of our guests will be provided with complimentary selection of teas, coffee and basic cooking ingredients.

Ironing equipment is available in the apartment too.

There is a free public parking space, always available, in front of the apartment.

  • Very cosy, comfortable and functional apartment, well located (10 min walk to the center, supermarket and many shops nearby). The parking is really great because finding a spot in the city is pretty impossible. Iva is really great, she gave us tips to visit Zagreb, restaurant names and answered our questions very kindly. Thanks to her tips we managed to have a full view of the city!
